As you may be aware the devil is always in the detail when it comes to Contractual, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Compliance matters.
We provide and implement an industry specific and individually branded CoR Management System and once implemented and key stakeholders are trained in the use of the system your Company will receive a Certificate of Compliance.
In addition to this your Principal Contractor will also be issued a Statement of Compliance on your behalf which will assist them to satisfy their obligations under CoR legislation.
Cartage Contractor Chain of Responsibility (CoR) Audit
We can provide a Cartage Contractor audit process either on a regular or at cause basis. This process will assist the Principal Contractor to comply under CoR legislation in terms of doing what is considered “reasonable and practicable steps” when understanding and monitoring the compliance of your Cartage Contractor fleet.
